Registration Tips and Policies

In August 2021, Forest Hills Community Services upgraded to a new class registration system for online registrations. When you want to register, you can access Digital Signup through a link on enjoylearning.com.

When first logging in to our new registration system, click Login, enter your email address, click Next, and create your password.

NOTE:This new system allows your family members to be grouped together for ease in future registrations. Decide who the primary person is for your family, and then add all other names associated with it.

Once a profile is created, a system-generated email with an activation link will be sent to the email address associated with your newly created profile. IMPORTANT: you must authenticate/verify your account before being able to login and register.

Payment options can be added to your account to use for future registrations and payments. To do so, navigate to your account options and select My Payment Options.

Payments and Payment Processing

Our online registration system uses the secure CardConnect payment processing system. We accept payment using your VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept PayPal payments, or American Express or Discover card payments for classes. You can also pay for classes using cash (in person only) or check (sent by traditional mail or in person). Registration Policies

Early Bird Pricing

Community Services offers a savings (up to $10 for each class) for those registering at least one week before a class starts. Look for class prices in our catalog marked with our early bird icon.

Senior Citizen Discount

Community Services offers a 25% discount on many classes for Forest Hills residents age 60 and older. Some restrictions may apply. Eligible classes are marked with the Encore (shooting) star.

Class Cancellations, Withdrawals, and Refunds

If you withdraw from a course up to three full working days in advance of its starting date, you will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee, or a full course credit to be used within one year of the date of issue. Students must call our office at 616-493-8950 in order to cancel from any class. Classes cancelled by Community Services due to low enrollment will result in a full refund.
