New Class Registration Software

In August 2021, we upgraded to a new class registration system, Digital Signup, for online registration of our community education programs. When you want to register, Digital Signup can be accessed here.

Please note the following regarding our transition to Digital Signup:

  • When first logging in to the new registration system, click Login in the upper right corner, enter your email address and click Next. You will be prompted to create your password. Once your password is successfully set, you can proceed to login and access your account options by hovering over your initials in the upper right corner.

Note: this new system allows your family members to be grouped together for ease in future registrations. Decide who the primary person is for your family, and then add all other names associated with it.

Once a profile is created, a system-generated email with an activation link will be sent to the email address associated with your newly created profile in order to authenticate the account. Accounts must be authenticated/verified before being able to login and register.
  • Payment options can be added to your account to use for future registrations and payments. To do so, navigate to your account options and select My Payment Options.
  • Any registrations for ongoing sessions and future sessions will be reflected under Account Options > My Orders.

We thank you in advance for your patience and support during this transition. Please call the FHPS Community Services office, 616-493-8950, if you have questions or need assistance registering online.

Record a Memory for the Sharing Café

Here’s an opportunity for senior citizens to share more about yourself with fellow Learning Café friends! This one-on-one session gives you an opportunity to be video recorded telling your own short story.

Topics could be (but not limited to):
• Lesson(s) learned as a child
• Important history which you lived through
• An unforgettable trip you took
• Fun or funny experiences you’ve had
• Favorite family memories
• Words of wisdom for the next generation
• How you overcame hardship
• Examples of artwork/crafts you’ve made
• Other “show and tell” items

Fellow Learning Café attendees (and family members and friends) will be able to access and watch your 5-15 minute video. You can share the free video link with anyone you wish. No username or password is required. Click below to learn more about the Sharing Café and/or to schedule a video recording session at the Forest Hills Fine Arts Center.
